Terms and Conditions

1. The Prize Draw is open to clients and prospective clients aged 18 years or over from 1 June 2010. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Glover Stanbury & Co or associated companies, their families or anyone associated with this draw.

2. Only one entry into the Prize Draw per person is permitted. Entries must be submitted by completing the online form and be received by 23:59 on the last day of November 2010 to be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw for that month. The Prize Draw will run until the 30th November 2010. Entries received after this date will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

3. Glover Stanbury & Co reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrant and may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless Glover Stanbury & Co is satisfied with the outcome of such verification.

4. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. Proof of sending by e-mail will not be accepted as proof of entry.

5. The first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. The draw will take place on the 1st December 2010. One lucky winner will receive an Apple iPad. Glover Stanbury & Co reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) or prize(s) of a similar value should the specified prize(s) become unavailable for any reason. The prize is non transferable and no cash alternative is available. The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The winner will be informed within 7 days of the draw taking place. Details of the winner will be available by request and sending a SAE to Glover Stanbury & Co at 30 Bear St Barnstaple Devon EX32 7DD.

7. All winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw.

8. If a prize is unclaimed after 1 month after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, Glover Stanbury & Co will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winners for having done so.

9. Glover Stanbury & Co reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice or liability.

10. By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and be bound by them.
